Karlee’s Story

Karlee’s story is one of not only extreme talent but one of faith! Straight out of school she unknowingly began her 15-year career with Telstra! First stop was as a Retail sales superstar, who took charge of the store admin and Telstra systems training for the team, confirming how versatile she could be!

Next step was to conquer sales within a Telstra Business Centre environment, which she did in no time, and this is where she met Mark Etchells! Mark saw Karlee’s talent and invited her to be part of the start up team at ENTAG, she upskilled herself in Project Management and owned the Enterprise project space enabling the start up to build a great reputation for professional delivery. In 2019 Mark asked her to move into Enterprise Sales, Karlee did not believe she could succeed but Mark said, ‘trust me, I won’t let you fail’, and within 2 years Karlee is now ENTAG’s top Enterprise sales performer!

Karlee’s advice is that if someone tells you they see potential in you, take a risk, trust that person has your back, work hard and take every opportunity that comes your way!

David’s Story

Numbers and spreadsheets can have a reputation for being a bit boring, but not when you use them to tell a story, decipher business strategies and motivate teams… this is the cool stuff!

Dave began his career within Telstra Retail in 2010 as a store manager and whilst he could sell and lead with the best of them, he was driven to improve process and outcomes but wanted evidence to back up his assumptions of what could be achieved. His natural mindset was to think analytically so he got creative with a spreadsheet and told stories with sales and NPS figures that enabled the business to make better decisions and employees to have clearer directions.

With his ‘value add’ proven, Dave headed to our Head office 5 years ago and continued to engage stakeholders from across the business, designing business intellengence solutions that now enable ENTAG to make ‘just in time’ decisions across all our sales and support functions, offers unique reporting to our clients and ensures our sales teams have the clarity they need to do a great job.

Dave’s story went from perceived boring to very cool because he kept learning how to do things better. He finds the constant evolution of the business motivating, loves the relationships he has built and is excited to challenge himself to keep thinking differently as he knows there really is no limit to the value that can be added through exceptional business analytics.

Alex’s Story
Alex-K

Kicking off her career at ENTAG 6 years ago as a Business Admin Trainee Alex left her career as a Cake decorator behind to join the unknown of a start up tech biz. Eagerly learning whatever was thrown her way she honed her professional and technical skills very swiftly as she moved from basic tasks such as replacing SIMs in phones, to App deployment and Finance!

Alex came with a ‘Can do’ attitude and desire to learn and this made her a prime candidate when ENTAG partnered with The Diary to launch our industry changing solution in the Digital Health space.

Alex is now Head of Digital Health and Apple Ambassador and her advice for anyone joining ENTAG, is be curious, use your initiative and success will come!

Bryton’s Story

With a desire to be a future leader on his mind Bryton joined our TShopbiz team in Brisbane when he was 22yr as a Microsoft Office365 specialist and he has been on an upward trajectory ever since.

His career progression saw him quicky move to ICT Specialist, then Business Solution Architect and now at only 29yrs he is ENTAG’s Principal Consultant and Microsoft Practice Owner – amazing!

Bryton works to ensure ENTAG and our clients have access to resources and technical knowledge to enable their businesses to achieve technical solutions that truly add value.
