At ENTAG, we constantly look to support the not-for-profit sector such as one of our new customers, MS Society SA and NT (The Multiple Sclerosis Society of South Australia and Northern Territory). Originally, the customer was running an unmanaged VPN network with servers on-premise. MS SA and NT were having multiple issues with poor connectivity due to VPN dropouts. This was impacting on their ability to service their clients in the community.
Working in-hand with Telstra, we were able to deliver an effective MPLS network solution which was cost effective for the customer and able to meet their delivery standards. This new network prepared the customer for the transition to a cloud telephony platform due to the impending ISDN cut-over in Australia.
Overall, the customer now has the core organised and can start to consider the transition of their ageing infrastructure into the cloud.
